3M Sanding products

Does any one here have experience with the 3m Trizact sanding  products. I'm trying to figure out exactly what I need to use this stuff! :smile21:

You have to buy there pad to put on your DA. Sander. I have used ther 3000 grit for final color sanding, it was AWESOME.  clap.gif

I bought a pad, but the discs don't stick to it. So I bought the intermediate pad, and it sticks to the pad really good but the discs don't stick to it very well either! think.gif

There are two different systems. One is called Hook-it and the other is Hook-it II. You will have to match the correct paper to pad. They are in the process of changing all their paper back to Hook-it so if you plan to use it long term I would go that route. It is a very good system but it is not cheap. I use it a lot so if you have any specific questions, I would be glad to help.
