DALLAS - Low water levels have led to the discovery of a submerged car and body in Lake Ray Hubbard.

Dallas police said boaters found the car near the Robinson Park boat ramp. Skeletal remains were inside.

Investigators believe the car had been in the water for a long time. They are still not sure if they are dealing with a suicide or homicide.

It could take several weeks for police to determine what happened and if a crime was committed.

I wonder if it was the east or west ramp. I've used the east ramp several times.......and James lives three minutes from his ramp.

Weird stuff.

Yeah, it's a very large city lake with a gazzillion teenagers using daddy's boat. Every summer a handful of them dive in head first drunk into a tree or something and don't come back up.

It's the lakes you don't hear about the bodies being found that I'd be worried about.  Those are the ones where the real professionals dumped em never to be found.  LOL.
