The first video of the A-Star helicopter shaking itself apart, was caused by ground resonance.  It is caused by the type of landing gear and the vibration frequency's of the main rotor system.  A properly trained pilot would have easily identified the vibrations in the early stages and applied power to save the helicopter.  It doesn't suprise me that this incident was in Brazil.  Most of the Brazilian pilots that I trained were not near the caliber of American pilots.
