Is that the underside of your boat Tim? The old Hondo I had we had to do the same thing to fix. Had to make a bigger plate and fix all the glass and , we then routered the bottom of the boqat down where the plate set flush with the bottom of the boat.

I tracked the package and it's already in Houston!  I ordered it last Friday out of Cali.  They shipped it USPS.  :smile26:
