I want to see it with that BBF in it! where's all the pics man?

You'll have to buy a vdrive and destroy it how you see fit.  :smile30:

No way am I going to reduce its speed and value by putting a Ford in it.  Unless, it was a Boss...

A Boss would look awesome sitting in a Vdrive or jet! :smile28:

That is really a clean looking V-Drive.
Putting a Ford in a nice looking V-Drive like that would only lower the value and slow it down.

you have any pics on the kurtis on the trailer from behind? couple people on pb are saying the one we picked up looks like a kurtis.  it does look like yours on the top deck, how far up do your tunnels go on the sides of the boat, our 2" tunnels go all the way up the where the front seats are.between the seats and the dash.

I decided to not let this year slip away without splashing the old girl.  I need to do a little work first.  I pulled the steering out.  It's getting sent out to get overhauled for my peace of mind.  I pulled the center cavitation plate and will be fabricating a new one.  Now, does anyone know what degree the countersink is on most stainless, course thread hardware?

I have a lot of work to do before RTC.

Most of the conventional flat head socket head screws are about 82*.
The specifications show 82*, + or - 2*.

Aircraft screws are a different angle.  They are 100*
Other angles can be found.

Aluminum for new center cavitation plate arrived today.  The Calgo steering also arrived from Norm at GSM.  I guess I know what I'm doing this weekend.  jump.gif
