It's actually a Shelby scoop. I'm on the fence with the engine cover. I hope as I glass it and paint it, it will look the way I want it to. Hard to make up your mind sometimes. think.gif

It gonna be in there this weekend I guess? Like I said looks ok to me in the pics so far... Check it out on the daylight, get some different sets of eyes looking at it & go from there. Worse thing could happen is it end up as firewood. :grin:

Actually I put the old one back in. I don't like it at all. The new one will work just fine. I'm thinking glass and paint vs cover it with foam and fabric. I really want it painted I believe. It's one of those do it yourself kind of situations where you ask yourself ( how am I going to do that)? think.gif :smile30:

Plus it looks so big because there is nothing around it in the pics. With the seats in, it won't look so large. You know my boat is full race, so it has to maintain that image! :smile30:

where did you get your carpet from and what oz is it? i am shopping for carpet for short bus now. I want have it done in a few weeks. Once we move I will repair the delam and put some nice bling down.

I got it from Keystone Bros. In Houston. I don't know the oz, but it is way better than what I had.

Get ahold of TintMan.. he has some awesome purple carpet. I know you want orange but he might know where to get off the wall colors
