The seat height is 10" from the floor, and it is about perfect. Will def have to redo the hatch though.

I see what you mean about the hatch. Yeah that is eating up some space fo sho. If it can be modified without too much trouble, seems that would be the best bet for getting your back seat the way you want it.

they are actually speaker box ports. They are there just to get fresh air to engine compartment.

well i went ahead and lowered the rear seat height an additional 2", and put a kick plate on the front...

now i just need some "real" boat seats for the front

its gonna have fresh paint, fresh 468bbc, and fresh interior, so its the best time to sell it, and i want to use the money to buy a pair of egg beaters for my 25' martini so i can then sell it and buy a 25' twin 280 merc Hustler Talon.of course all of this will be done over a decent period of time.
