and now i know what to get patch and knotty for xmass.. hmm maybe CJ also so he could get his boat finished and he wont have to worrie about the "special moment"..... crazy.gif

Nah I just do it overboard or over the side lol.  You will see work is planned for the CJ this weekend.  Grinding dust here we come.  May need to get another grinder but i still have the sawzall for some of the cutting.  Plans are to get the intake pulled out.  The rest of the foam cut out, the transom ground down.  If I am lucky maybe I can buy some wood and get it glassed into the transom. That would be awesome.  I may also get the top half of the hull flipped and start prepping that as well by replacing the wood supports and backing.  I am so glad I got that damn truck done lat night so I can finally get somewhere on this boat.  It sure would be nice to get to work on the motor too maybe will at least get it on the engine stand.

Uncle lives in the Canal community on the way to the Part A ferry and has a shallow sport in his backyard.  Will be using his boat.  We do a lot of wading in the Redfish Bay area.

cool. we haven't been down to Port A in a few years, need to take ride back down there sometime.

I'm still hatin! No excuses man. Bring the lady and boat at Bay City! Gonna be a great weekend. Plus she would like it better than stinky fish! :smile15:
