There is a group of THB'ers that hang out there on the weekends, I haven't been there myself though.

If you get to thinking about riding over there, post up & they'll let ya know what day they'll be going. I want to say they usually hit it on Sundays, but they may go Saturdays too.

No problemo man, you'll get it together & be on the water before ya know it. Season is just gettin started.

Thanks Duane.  If I don't answer first time, wait a couple mins and call back, I'll answer.  As far as multiple boats, yes, I can fit in with that crowd.  I have 3 boats...  2 jets and 1 outboard.  None of them are ready to go on the water... LOL...  the outboard boat is a little dingy, runabout, whatever little baby boats are called, Baja 16SS, 16 footer 115hp, 78 model.  It is a fun little boat though, it gets you on the water at least, but it's slow as fawk and plain as can be...  It looks like a boat you would buy at WalMart.    I am just about done with it, had to put a new floor in it and got to go through all the fuel system, etc, it's sat up for 3 years now, had it since 1999 or so, last time I had it out the floor was getting bad so I parked it.

Yeah, it doesn't hurt believe it or not, starting to be able to move it more already.  Happened Saturday.  Flesh wound, deep...  Got it stiched up right away at hospital.  They said 10 days to heal stiches out in 7-10 days anyway...  I hope they are right.  I am just very very thankful I still have my thumb.

The HIN is not original.  This boat at some point has been retitled as homemade.  TXZ.  If it had a "real" HIN I would have already id'ed it.  I have seen other boats that look like it but not completely.  The "lip" on the top/back edge of my boat is not "straight up" like most, it's curved back at the top of the lip.  Other than that it looks similar to alot of other hulls.

Ya, definitely a TX issued HIN. I have a similar TXZ on my whaler. Back in 1966 they only registered boats with a serial number, not a HIN. So when I brought the whaler in from Florida, I  registered it with a TXZ HIN.
