Yea i know  But their gonna have to work for now! Been looking at several different ones just aint made up my mind yet.

You may end up kinda limited, looks like they are pretty close to the valve covers. Think Duane mentioned something about the same issue with those Lightning headers on his boat.

I like these but DAMN $$$ Plus no dimensions listed,,,sent them a e-mail so waiting.

Wow they are proud of those.  crazy.gif Looks good.  You can have some custom made for less than that I would think.  think.gif

Opened on first try & ya, they kinda proud of them, lol. But, they are clear anodized it sez, so that should keep ya from having to polish them all the time to keep them looking good so that is a postive.

Yea there are about a billion different ones out there,,looking at Summit's selection now. Just worries me about the clearance with the headers. Moroso tall covers are leaned back a little from the bottom edge upwards,, and they just clear the headers say an inch. most the fabricated ones are straight up,,which means if they do clear the header when on the engine i will have to pull the header just to adjust the valves or just looking ya know!

Yea very pricey. When I was looking at some chrome fabricated valve covers they where kinda high. I was tired of rubbing on them and chrome looks so good on there. We found a place in SA that chromed the old brushed ones for $160. Well worth it I thought.

Well i am making progress jump.gif Its slow and tedious! Most of the stuff i have been working on is having to be all made from scratch which sucks because it takes a BUNCH of time as most of you know,,brackets and this and that,,little BS.
Tanks are done thanks to JJ clap.gif i did get the front tank mounts made and resin put on them, been waiting for a little warmer weather to glass them in the boat.
Had to build a alternator bracket,(tension bar) and spacer, their done and ready to head off to the chrome shop amongst a few other little parts.

Got the wiring harness put in under the dash yesterday  Sucks getting old and cant see without the help of some 2.75 reading glasses

Still gotta mount the bilge pump, MSD box, and Hyd div. pump and hoses, Plus all the AN stuff for the water and fuel.
