My new bullet

Ok I have been piecing this thing together for a while now? I will give a little history here and then maybe see if we can come up with some hp and trq guesses?

Started with a blueprint engine 632 short block....

Keep in mind this is a 10-1 compression pump gas deal...

Also used the blueprint 358cc heads...

Got my stud kit for it and started bolting stuff together...

Also found me a nice set of scorpion rockers....

Had Armando's racing pans build me a nice oil pan for it....

It's not as pretty as that pice river rat put on his new bullet? But one hell for stout pan!

Got all my gaskets and comp can push rods and started getting the long block buttoned up...

Found me a dart tall deck intake and then sent it off to get powder coated

Spent a couple of hours hogging out the runners on the intake to match up with the heads....

Then made the call to Chris straub to start on the cam for me... Hydraulic billet roller...

Swapped all the springs on the heads to match up with the new cam... Also got from straub...

Got everything mocked up...

Then got the orange paint covered up with some shinny black

Got my balancer and flex plate and starter... And started rounding up some of the other goodies... 😎

Got this little jewel in and started building my scoop tray and support brackets

Also changed valve covers and installed some breathers on the new covers...

Then it was off to bert88 shop to get it looking perdy!! 😎

Started laying some color...

Then some clear coat....

Then had to see how it looked back on the motor??

I'm going to paint the valve covers the same yellow and leave the breathers aluminum as soon as I get it set in the boat for good...

Also snagged a set of headers from ol bert88 I'm going to get cleaned up and ceramic coated....

And then last week took me a trip to San Antonio... 😎 now remember this is a pump gas deal... We ran it on 93 octane with a single 1150 quick fuel carb... We could only turn it to about 5900 rpms cause the rev limiter I had in my distributer would not reset any higher?? But it won't get turned any higher than that in the boat anyway.... So? Hp and torque guesses? Oh yeah bert88 you can't play! 😎

No higher than 5900?  I think you're leaving a LOT of horsepower on the table.  :smile29:

I was gonna guess the peak HP at 6850.

Now, I dunno..........

We tried throwing a stock dizzy in it but didn't have enough fire in the wire lol
