My BCMAC  club meeting is tonight,  and since watching Disturbed fly this weekend and my AMA is renewed and Patchman doesn't believe a low wing and tail dragger can be a trainer....  gonna get the P-51 mustang progressive trainer out and start flying again  jump.gif

I think I'll get the runway back up to standards and start flying again.  I'm not gonna go out with a crash!  I have the perfect place too!  Trucks, small rc boats, and planes.  We could start a RC tour of Texas!  :grin:

shoot 13 yrs at least! Im gonna have to buy all the battery packs and i believe for 4 radios $$$$$$$$

Prolly cheaper to upgrade the whole radio system than buying a ton of batteries.  RC radios have come a long way in the past few years.

Lol yea i know but what the hey  hell the best one i ever owned and still have is a Futaba AM gold 4 channel and it still works.

got 2 or 3 other ones dunno the name but they are FM,,, Heck we never upgraded or kept up with the jones's cause we never flew in a club and had rules! Heck me and a buddy of mine when an old plane had seen its days we would see how long it would take for us to have a big bad ass mid air collision  jump.gif jump.gif jump.gif man we had plenty of fun in them days!

LOL, like my cars, they prolly be considered antiques nowdays... Tinkered with mine some the other day & got kinda fed up with 'em, but watching all the R/C action over the weekend kinda make me wanna fool with 'em a bit more.  :grin:  One of these days they have another get together you should get 'em out & bring 'em down.

Yea i got one in particular i would love to fly again,,its not the Mustang but another low wing i have! Cant remember the name of it but i know it was fast for a 60 size plane with an 80 on it lol
