got the Raptor together  :smile16: but have to say the instruction really lack info..... fortunitely this heli was mostly assemble,  just had to assemble the tail boom to the main frame some linkage and the main rotor blades.... :smile16:  now it's ready for the preflight check.... jump.gif

we are ready any time. :smile16: property is cleaned up, and new trails open. new runway as well.

Roger I found one wrap of tape will keep the tail boom from sliding forward and keep it tight so you dont get any slack in the tail drive belt.This was a problem with the Rapter and make sure to have the flip in the belt correct or your tailrotor blades will rotate wrong.And causes all kinds of gyro problems .Good luck

what kinda tape?  electrical tape i assume,  i made sure i rotated the belt counter clockwise,  i doubled, tripled and quadrupled checked myself....  but even with that ole Kona has been known to mess up  :smile17:

i would think that would work real well but i have it together now, and i don't have any that big.... but will keep that in mind if i have to take it apart for some reason  :smile17:

all i can smell right now is Nitro.... Ryan and I ran the Losi 1  this afternoon,  with the weather being cold it was some what hard to get started but a retune we were able to burn a few tanks of nitro,  i came close to tearing the front suspension off  :smile17:

I have a couple of trucks I am about to sell.  Figured I'd post up here first.  I'll get pics if there is any interest.  Both have always been adult owned and well maintained.  They will go on CL this week if no interest here.  I'd consider trades for E-MAXX, E-Revo or Spartan.
