a good investmen would be bearing buddies, that way you can grease the bearings when you take the boat out of the water, and force any water out on the way home,  just my .02

I have bearing buddies , but it is still a good idea to take them apart and grease them from time to time .

no arguement there,  that is one of my todo things this winter,  been running for six years,  but have been greasing the crap out of them,  when i put new tires on,  it took me an hour to remove the grease before i took them to the tire shop

With the ol fosters boat i would follow these two easy steps
1) Chain Saw into small pieces and throw in the dumpster
2) Buy another hull
:smile23: :smile23: :smile23:
J/K let me know when you get to that point and I will help no big deal just takes a little time to do it right

I have been places other than the San Jac .  :smile12: :smile12:  Been to Lake Houston a few times with it , and have trailered it all over Texas . I would like to make some of the events with the boat , just never seems to work out to be possible .

Can't argue with that . Other than the people there is no reason to go anywhere else . We are lucky enough to have the best water in Texas right here in Crosby  :smile15:

Yesterday there were so few boats out that the water was like glass all day , it really was a great day on the river . Had to hide from rain for a little while , but the company was good . After it finished raining we still had plenty of daylight left to go for a nice boat ride before it was time to put them on the trailer . We went down to the island , we were the only ones there . Really rare to have the river all to yourself this time of year , guess everyone thought it was going to rain all day .
