Duane has been watching too much Discovery Channel.  The rest of us don't really regard geological time as being very relevant in our day to day lives...

Just razzin ya buddy.

I'm glad to see you've been thinking of that fine piece of motorsports equipment sitting in that shop!  jump.gif

Git-r-done!!!

Well, some of you may know, the Sanger hit the water for the first time in 12 years this weekend. I thrashed for 6 days before hydrofest to get her going. It was kinda a surprize for most folks, as they thought it would never float again..lol.
Good news:  The ol'hydro kicks ass. Awesome acceleration, and superb handling. I had forgotten just how well it turns! :smile16:
The acceleration through the midrange is nothing other than spectacular! It rivals a few blown boats I've been in.
The boat carries itself very well, and handles rough water VERY well for a hydro.
Pulls a AA 5700rpm.

Bad news: on about the 11th really hard pass, without warning, something let go. Don't know what came apart yet, but that'll keep this thread alive. :smile17:

Duane, I love that a Badass Ford is out there but hate to hear you may have hurt it. I will be watching this for details as my build is real close to yours.
I hope it's not too bad.
