CJ thinks Hydro needs to move on too, CJ has been there done that only way to make more money is to move into a management role.  CJ knows that they usually don't appreciate you until your gone and very rarely can you go back again.

Hydro is not impressed so far. he is hopeing maybe they will discuss it in the managers meeting. that's where the family sits around and talks about the weekend's plans. Since the shop is making money on saturdays, they can go to nicer places...cabo, rio, riviera maya, their family mansion on the beach, etc. Hydro is hopeing his request for a few more dollars doesn't disrupt things too much. he would hate to see someone lose a demo or something.

Hydro is impressed. For now... :smile29: It would seem the company counter offered with a better deal. Which is great, since Sandy is getting laid off.... :smile20: And she found out today, 1 day before her birthday party.

Hydro is very appreciative of the support. Sandy is taking it hard, but the couple will make it. This does, however, free Sandy up for weekends in the summer now!! jump.gif

Hydro has removed himself from the workforce today to handle his mothers SS benefits before they get removed... :smile15:

He also hopes no one ever has to go through that. Many flaming hoops to jump through today.
