Considering buying a pistol!

if it is truly going to be a home protection weapon and not a cc. i would seriously consider the Taurus judge revolver. it is a full size revolver, but for use with in the confines of a home it is great. it shoots .410 shells and .45 long colt. make the first two rounds .00 buch shot and then.45.  you dont have to work about having to be right on target with the 00 buck shot plus u dont get wall penetration like u do with 9mm,45, & 40. 
only bad thing is you have to have decent hand strength to hold on to the pistol. plus if you hunt makes a good back up weapon.

patch, i say .45 either in sig, glock, or a 1911,  ive got all of my pistols in the same caliber so it is easier to stockpile ammo, i love my glock but not having a true safety bothers me, a sig is a great pistol and probably my next pistol purchase

Henry even though comparing you to Patch is like david and goliath I still highly doubt Patch would consider that a handgun or something he could conceal carry.

There is some more good info! I'm going to go to Huntsville with Trigger to check out some firearms! He's pretty sharp on the subject, and has a friend at a gun store there! I really appreciate all the info, I'm absorbing it like a sponge! jump.gif :smile16:

Bought a sig sauer 2022 9mm great pistol. Did my chl class with it, started doin 3 gun. Sigs trigger sucked! So traded it for a g17 gen3 love it! Cant go wrong with a glock!
