Cool vid! But I would land the plane after a part fell off. No need to keep flirting with danger! crazy.gif

yep i heard flutter and poof!  Duane you also need to learn to fly just with the rudder and elevator just in case this sorta thing happens you should be able to save the plane. But in the event the ail. doesnt come all the way off most of the time you can kiss it goodbye!

We spent the weekend driving the crap out of our Traxxas Slash 4x4.. Tires are almost bald already and yesterday Edward busted his first a-arm... It's already fixed but gotta go hit up Indy RC world for some body clips and new tires.

dang, still a lil' windy here. Thinking of sneaking away tomorrow at noon to fly at the pits. Supposed to be low wind. :smile16:

And the carnage continues....

Yesterday plowed the Traxxas into a ramp and busted the coupling for the driveshaft and front differential. Got that fixed for $2.50 and put new tires on the truck last night. Now today hammered a curb doing about 40 and snapped the shock, a-arm and steering rod. Back the hobby shop!!

RPM A-Arms Brother.

It had RPM A-arms, now it's got new RPM A-arms... They only had blue in stock, but no biggie. They'll be broke and replaced in no time at all seeing how I've had the car two weeks and replaced two already. LOL

I'm diggin this ability to smash the crap out of the car driving at disguisting speeds and getting back up and running for like twelve bucks. I moved the shocks to the lowest mounting points and put stiffer springs on it to keep it from bottoming out. It's a cornering beast now!
