I think Duane's is hydraulic roller, not solid roller. Not that it is that much cheaper! :smile30:

From what I have seen the hydraulic roller lifters cost more than the solid ones for some reason?

that's why I haven't had a roller in my motor. They make it hard for us to go fast these days!

It's a solid, I don't like hydraulic cams!!! I just don't think it's the oil's job to open my valves.....Headed to the pit now, see ya'll there!

If you switched to an LS1 you'de have a roller motor.

Just ordered the cam....

comp xtreme marine 298

254 264 @ .050 .585/.588 lift 112* sep.

HYDRAULIC FLAT TAPPET: Good for jet boat with A or B impeller.  Good in bracket racing and high performance use.

I was stuck with a hydraulic, so I got the biggest one I could find... :smile16:
