I didn't do any official diet. I eat what I eat just smaller portions and then walk everyday. Instead of that double/double have some meatloaf about half that hamburger. And I will be good at that moment but in a couple hours hungry again and just got to bear with it. Maybe not a good way to loose weight because I feel hungry all the time but it's working. Aug 18 was 248lbs today 205lbs. wow My boats gonna be fast this summer. LOL only if I get the 632cid in it.
