Well got somemore work done on the boat today got all of it sanded, design taped off, ready for the first coat of black pearl (it has 8 different color pearls in it by the way) then got the black pearl on and that was enuf for today! Be back on it again at 7:30 in the morning to get the silver and candy red done!  jump.gif

Trying to have it ready for winter nats! To watch some side by side! :smile22:

The trailer paint job looks great!!

I kind of skimmed through the posts and I didn't notice what you decided to do about brakes. Are you going with electric/discs??

Oh I guess I forgot! That's a bad situation McClain trailers is where I get all my stuff long story short with my set up to put disc. Brakes on I would have to change everything from tounge to rims, spindles you name it had to be changed and I didn't want to do all that! And if I go elictric it is not recommend for long time salt! And I'm in salt all the time! So I just had to go back with what I had, drum brakes! But that's ok they was fine before they'll be fine now!

Oh PS the boats done finished the paint today! And I am tired!

and yea drums r better then nothing but I wanted disc and that was another $1800 dollar up grade verses the $300 just to fix the brakes I already had so $300 won lol :smile29: this was souposes to Be a some what of a budget over haul to just bring it a little more motrin but as y'all know they never r and the bigger they or the more money they our! :smile30: crazy.gif but it is what it's about I what I love doing!

David (coustomtouch) you should be happy my wife loved the design that was on it so we kept it, and tweaked a few really small touch that the normal person would never see and she is in love with the out come and colors!

I'll post what pic I have soon!

This is all I have for now when I get it on the trailer I will post better but it looks real good in person! :smile27:
