outta curiosity what made you go the savage direction  :smile21:
three main reasons
1) read slot of reviews and seemed like the savage can take more abuse before breaking parts.
2) has a more powerful motor
3) it is cheaper

Any big do's and dont's as this will be my first nitro?

most important,  is break the motor in correctly,  the manual should have the info in it,  follow the instructions.,  after that....  just try not to over heat the engine..... the first thing you need to get is a temp gun....

Be nice if you could find somebody gettin out of it, be a good way to pick up all the extras instead of having to start from scratch.
