Glad to hear everyone is doing well. We are fine too, my friend John not so much. He had 7' of water in his shop, and 5' in his house. I can honestly say that cleaning up after a flood is one of the nastiest jobs you can imagine. The best part of my day yesterday, was a nice hot shower after dealing with all that muck! Hopefully by the weekend, we will have the house gutted and start on the shop and cars that were in the shop. :smile25:

Keep your gas tanks full my friends. I used to work in gasoline trading and the next week or two isn't going to be pretty. Even in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio as the refineres that supply those markets are currently down as well.

I'm already seeing places without gas in the Fort Worth area.  It seems to be pretty wide spread.  I hope everyone has a full tank.
If you're going anyplace, plan accordingly.

Be very careful where you buy your fuel a friend bought 70 gallons of bad diesel fuel today on the north side of Houston today the attendant told him it was a new shipment of fuel he lied

I would much rather have been sitting at Gibbons than stripping out the interior of a home! That is the nastiest job I have ever done! :smile20:

My biggest heart ache is the masquitos are unreal at the ranch. You cannot walk, they cover you, they are all over the horses and dogs. I spray and spray and it does nothing. On top of all this fun I have to be moved out of this house in a week. We still do not have a closing date on the new house. I may have to move everything in storage then move it all again.  I am crying about my stuff and some have lost even they own. May God Bless them

Finally got both properties back under control, getting the grass mowed helped a bunch with the mosquitos. Now just gotta see what insurance is or isn't gonna do.  That said, hope those affected are getting what they need.

Hope things fall into place for ya'll Henry, sounds similar to our situation when buying our place.  Lived in that little motorhome for 6 weeks at my dad's place with all our stuff in storage. Moving is bad enough, moving twice in that short of time totally sucked, lol.

It has been nice. All the rain that was was predicted for the weekend never arrived, but it scared the others off, so didn't end up goin out any. :smile24: Managed to get the last of the repairs to the trailer done, so don't have any of that hanging over our heads anymore at least.

My air conditioner was running.    :smile30:

Haha, I thought the same thing. Haven't had to go there yet. A/C is still set like always, but last couple of nights I think has been cool enough that it's not coming on. I like it, keep that electricity bill down. :smile16:
