going to build an engine stand this weekend,  so i can tear in to the bbf and get it ready for the kona

Assholes at Allstate called back yesterday afternoon and said they were deneying the claim . I told them that they had already called to tell me it was apporoved and she said that was a mistake . I hate all insurance companies , nothing but low life thieves .

Nothing an insurance company would try & pull would surprise me, but I fuggin well know there are procedures in place handling this stuff. They took all that time to decide they were gonna pay, but in less than 24 hours they changed their mind, saying it was a mistake? Doesn't make sense, did you try talking to someone higher up the food chain?

The police report was filed 4 weeks ago indicating the other driver failed to yeild the right away at a left turn yeild intersection , but they have taken this long to determine fault on the accident . Still no sign of them paying me for my Jeep , but they did come out the other day and look at it and determined it to be totaled . At least at this point they are not trying to say it was my fault . Hope they get thier shit together before too much longer , tired of not having a tow rig .

You should get with the state ins commision (SP?). They can stir the pot when it needs stired. My dad has been an agent for 20 years and he hates the Ins. co. just as bad as anyone. But they take notice when the Ins. commision calls.

Well, yeah I did, I uncovered it so I could hang a couple floodlights in it the other night when it was supposed to freeze....
